What's your posture while editing?

I'm a sloucher. I edit as I rip dvds, and I'll have another dvd in my player going as I search for that other scene, and be listening to the song I want to use over and over and over again. The circulation in my right arm is bad (carpal tunnel strikes again) so I'll also stretch and flex (ummm). If I'm working at my kitchen table, I sit up straighter, but I've got one of those side tables in my room, low, so I'm almost hunched over.

When I'm listening to the song for ideas I crank up the volume and lean back in my chair with my legs fully extended and my arms behind my head. If I do an action video which is a rare ocassion like this new vid I'm working on I'll be rocking along with the song.
When I edit my videos I tend to lean slightly forward but not to much, I have my left leg resting on the chair and my knee is resting on the arm of the chair. My other leg is usually either resting on top of a box or flat on the floor. Then after a while I'll rest my left foot on the floor while the right foot is slightly elevated.
When I render my video I leave it there and go play pool.
Well that's my editing style.

Or maybe he can, gasp. CREATE LENS FLARES WITH HIS MIND!
Personally, whenever I'm waiting for something to load I put my feet up on the desk. When I'm actually editing I just sit normally but I never get cramped because every time I make an especially nice cut I have to jump up and congratulate myself on being the best editor in the world. (If I was emperor of the universe I would have other people to do this for me, but since I'm on a budget I have to make cuts somewhere) That also keeps the editing interesting and, dare I say it, fun?
