I agree it's evil, but imo Dilandau sounds more evil...though Abeldo maybe more psychotic or evil, however just by sound i say Dilandau but meh i wanna hear the other laughs.

Actually know, the sound is his ripping his [/i]own[/i] head off, having it laugh, then ripping his own arm off. He wants to prove that he's immortal, see.

Maybe it's the BGM they play that makes it so effective, but I gotta go with Hao from Shaman King. He just sounds like a demented, psychotic little girl.
