Nanami. And Excel's wielding of this particular gun (i.e. sticking it IN her left hand) is a parody of Space Adventure Cobra (which I remember more from Matthew Sweet's Girlfriend video).

Okay, this question comes from the TV series (NOT the OAV series) Magical Girl Pretty Sammy (aka Magical Project S) -- sort of.

At one point in the series, Pretty Sammy needs magical energy -- a lot of it. With the help of Washu's "NT System," Pretty Sammy has a mass quantity of magic delivered to her!

The particular delivery of this mass amount of magic energy is a parody of a classic anime series. THE QUESTION: What anime series does the NT System parody?
