Twins was good, but Kei was almost a non-existent element. However, Mizuho and Ichigo were around, a lot.

It was a decent show good enough to watch once or twice at most but I felt that it was a bit too repetitive of the situation that they are in. I wanted to smack them for how many times they said it. Push comes to shove turn it into a drinking game.

Onegai Twins had a potentially interesting plot setup, but its makers butchered the delivery. For one thing, they could have put the characters through a far more tangled bunch of situations than they did, and for another, they could have resolved a lot more at the end for greater dramatic effect. As it is, about the only good thing about it is the way it examines how a thoroughly decent guy suffers at the hands of people who assume all normal straight guys are thoroughly lecherous.
