Okay, this question comes from the TV series (NOT the OAV series) Magical Girl Pretty Sammy (aka Magical Project S) -- sort of.

At one point in the series, Pretty Sammy needs magical energy -- a lot of it. With the help of Washu's "NT System," Pretty Sammy has a mass quantity of magic delivered to her!

The particular delivery of this mass amount of magic energy is a parody of a classic anime series. THE QUESTION: What anime series does the NT System parody?

Oh what it looked like on screen. On the screen the mark was pixalated so that you couldn't see what the mark actually looked like. Though it was described as a giant pimple. If you had clearified that in the question I would have said that from the beginning.

the answer to your ghost in the shell question is 2 people. they could see the laughing man's face because they were homeless and couldnt afford any cybernetic implants, therefore the laughing man could't affect them with his/her virus.

Anyone who has seen Uchuu Senkan YAMATO, or even Star Blazers, would recognize the sequence for arming and firing the Wave Motion Gun -- although having all of the characters replaced with chibi-Washu-bots adds a hilarious touch.

Tenchi Muyo GXP

Like I mentioned after MAS's answer, the mark is such that it "cannot be described or even shown on TV." It's never shown in the series without digital mosaic, or blurring, implying something revolting and/or kinky. It could have been a hickey, it could have been a zit, it could have been Happosai's face (which would have explained women's reactions); you just can't tell. It was something of a trick question, and I apologize to everyone, especially Matticans and MAS PRODUCTIONS.
