Broken blocks?

Post by Shun » Sun Jan 09, 2005 4:32 pm

While attempting a rip in Smartripper i ran into a problem.

At about the halfway point it stopped and in the lower right hand corner of the box it said "2 broken blocks".

When i closed and tried again it gave me a "Some chapters are still locked, try unlocking with a player" error, so i did. But the player on my computer that had played the video fine before the first rip, now cant even load it.

Any suggestions?

Try using DVD Decrypter instead :)

Updated versions of Smart Ripper are few and far between!

Get DVD Decrypter here >http://www.dvddecrypter.com/

Sorry, I didnt really awnser your question.

Clean the DVD disk, restart the computer and see if your player will accept it.
Also use some compressed air and blow out the DVD-ROM drive itself.

I would still advise using DVD Decrypter over Smart Ripper.
