Where was the first place that Touga ever met Utena and what was she doing in Revolutionary Girl Utena?

The Courtyard, while she was walking to school w/ Anthy, chiding the Rose Bride for calling her "Utena-sama" all the time (the other girls call her using that honorific), and hoping to meet a "perfectly normal guy" (a title Touga uses to describe himself -- Yeah, right -- upon introductions).

HAHAR! It was when utena lay in her coffin next to her parents, and Touga was not strong enough to change her veiw on things...but someone else was

In El Hazard, the Wanderers, Katsuhiko Jinnai names the Bugrom after a famous group (in the english dub, which btw, was claimed by the japanese director to be superior to the original language)... SO who did Jinnai name these bugrom after?
