how old are the love hina character

the age difrence between the anime n manga is cause the manga is longer than the anime so they maid them younger in the manga so u can see more of there lifes

I was not aware there was an age difference between them - is there? The manga and anime are reasonably parrallel, until the later parts anyway. Considering some events like school graduations, etc., I don't think it'd be possible to shift the character ages either way...

I think what he means is in the end of the last Love Hina manga they go four years (I believe it's 4?) into the future for a certain particular event which I won't mention as I guess it's a spoiler.
