I can't believe that people that I don't know actually watch my AMVs, much less. . . *gasp* LIKE them! 0_0 . . . No, seriously dude, thanks for liking my FB Kisa AMV. ^_^
As for the challenge, it's a good one but I've been making side character AMVs for a long time. So these weren't made specifically for the challenge, but here are some side-character profiles for the animes that you mentioned:
Fruits Basket
<a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... ">Chomping Tiger, Hidden Voice</a>
That's just the Kisa AMV to "Falls On Me"
<a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... rcissistic Bishie</a>
This is an Ayame profile to the song "Power Cave" from the Gravitation OST.
X
<a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... 41972">All I've Ever Wanted to Feel</a>
A Kakyo profile to Nina Gordon's "Tonight and the Rest of My Life." This one kind of sucks though.
<a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... 6">Bitter- Yuzuhira Tribute 1</a>
This is a Yuzuhira profile to the opening theme from Enzai (a computer game).
<a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... 10">Sweet- Yuzuhira Tribute 2</a>
And this is a second (much different) Yuzuhira profile to Phil Colin's "You'll Be in my Heart."
I have other side character AMVs, if you'd be interested. These ones were the only ones regarding the animes that you listed though.
Anyways, thanks again for recommending my vid to people! ^_^

Yay! So happy to see one of the original suggested video creators respond! That was a really long title for a person, but I'm so happy that I don't care! ^_^
staces - I watched (well, rewatched) MANY of your AMVs. Wow, you've made a LOT of them. You know, for a person who uses fansubs, you make some really cool stuff. Actually, of the five videos you had suggested, the only one I hadn't seen was the Ayame video. As for the others, you know my opinion on your Kisa video. Your two Yuzuriha videos were nice compliments to each other. I think that Yuzu-chan is a hard character to do a video for, because she is a character of extremes. And she's talkative. *shakes her fist at the subtitles* I prefer watching stuff in Japanese, but the subtitles get in the way of AMVs if you have to use fansubs. I know. My best friend complained about it in a Gravitation video she made. Yeah, the Kakyou one wasn't all that amazing, but you have to admit, most of his scenes just have some boring face shot or something. It's hard to make a riveting Kakyou video, so I think you did your best. Also, subtitles make it crazy-hard to do a video to his character. That was one of the problems that I knew would arise in my challenge. If I asked for side character videos, then I was making the fansub users really hurt, especially when I said 'no subtitles.' Of course, knowing that problem would happen helped, cuz then I also said that songs could be cut down. So, long story short, your videos are great and I was happy to suggest your Kisa video to everyone! Meanwhile, I have to continue with the downloading spree of your videos. Ah, I love having a cable modem!
As always, Farewell, Good Luck, and Happy AMV-ing!

I'm a fanatic fanboy of Abi-Hime! I LOVE HER! And to me she still lives and I don't care what ANYBODY says, she's alive and well and MINE! *Hold's Abi-Hime in arms*

"Now...that I...can DANCE!"
Just a quick response!
WarFalcon - yeah, that video was decent, but the subtitles were kind of distracting. As was the interposed audio from the anime. I know that the creator intended for the audio to be in there like that, but I didn't like it. However, it is a cool side character video. Although I haven't seen Inuyasha, I do know that it is a LONG series, so it's cool that the creator went out of the way and managed with small amount of footage in order to give due appreciation to a rare character. Thanks for submitting it! I appreciate it!

PS: hmm...maybe an hour and a half of Standard Mode DDR was a bad idea...nah! ^_^

Grande Finale
I suppose...this is a dying fad, eh? That's okay. It's had a good run. My fifteen minutes of fame have been sweet ones. I've had fun. So, thanks to everyone who gave me their time and effort to make this a cool thread.
So, yeah, this is the end of the road; unless someone has anything else to add, this is the last post. As you all have heard me say, this was the first time I had ever posted anywhere ever, and I certainly didn't expect the response I got. You guys made my first experience with forums a really cool one. I know, I know. I sound really sentimental, but that's the way I am. Thanks. A lot. All of you.
... ^_^ ...my last suggestion. ^_^ I suppose it's appropriate, seeing as how this one mixes my two favorite anime characters ever with the theme music from one of my favorite series of games ever. No spoiler warning this time. You all know the drill.
X,Tokyo Babylon – Silent Hill 4: The Room – “Room of Angel” – Subaru/Seishirou – I know, I know. I make a lot of suggestions for these two, but they’re my favorite anime characters of all time, so smeh. Anyway, this video struck me the instant I saw the lyrics to the song. It is a generally lovely but twisted piece, and I thought that a moving video could come out of it. I mean, it describes Sei-chan and Subaru’s relationship almost flawlessly. Unfortunately, the song is about seven minutes long, and that could cause a problem. That’s one of the reasons I suggested TB with it, although there isn’t too much of their relationship described there. Actually, I was seriously thinking of doing this video myself, but I have my Anime Compilation Video to do first...which is nineteen parts long... v_v So, eventually I will do it, but I really don’t mind at all if someone else wants to. Hey, if someone does do this, I absolutely promise a full review!
So, yeah, I am doing this video myself, as it says, but if anyone has a burning desire to do this video (which I doubt,) go ahead.
Again (and again,) thanks. I hearted all the videos suggested to me, and especially those who made videos and mentioned my thread. Well, you know what's coming...

Re: This is working better than I hoped!
believe me i feel the same way but all the vids i've done (2) were with WMM2 and i've gotten many 10's and 9's in fact my averages are better than my friend's with the fancy $600 program.. so there! lol.dj_ultima_the_great wrote: PS: for those curious...yes, I DO make AMVs (I have six in total so far and have a seventh in the works), but all of mine are made with Windows Movie Maker II, so that alone should tell you the reason I'm not posting them.
