A: these scientists have surgeon friends who have plastic surgeon friends.

Q: Why is it in most long running action anime series begin with the ultimate move or the ultimate state that is always hyped up and talked about (Super Saiyin, Moon Tiara power, wind scar) and then in the next season or whatever, they make a new state that's suppose to be even better yet nobody has heard of it?
