Naruto
Hey peepz (Since this series is so popular - i'm guessing half of the people here will think it sux)
I kinda like this series (just discovered it) And i was wondering if there are games of this series in the first place, and if anyone has any good (or bad) experiences with them...
Thanks!

There are a couple fighting games for the GC, but you have to import them from Japan...
They're mindless button-mashers, but at a LAN party I went to once, people were playing the game when I went to bed, and still playing it when I woke up the next afternoon. So I guess it can be fun

I have no idea how to use this new forum.

I had the experience of playing the first Naruto game avaliable for GameCube. Even though it's not as complex as something like Street Fighter, I still enjoyed it. Stay away from the early releases, since the character roster is so small on these games (8 to 12 characters, depending on which game you buy). The later games were made when the anime series was about a year old and features around 30 characters each, that would be your best bet.
Probably too busy to be here right now.

There are also a few titles for the GBA that frined of mine purchased not too long ago. They were kinda RPG/strategy-ish (which is a hard genre to play since it's all in Japanese) Look around, i think you'll find a few more.

You can find translations all over the place, I've got the second game, which I enjoyed throughly, plus a downloaded translation for all the contents there in. It did cost a pretty penny to have the game imported and pick up the bootloader however, so I would only recommend it if your a fan of the series with some money to burn.Gemberkoekje wrote:Well... guess i need to take a japanese class after alljust in case - keep me posted if any of you finds a good game - preferably in english

*looks at account... ocasionally <€0...*
I guess i have to wait until the games are released in the states... (A 'golden boy' won't have to wait long - right... although i am a little worried - they'd have to cut half the scenes out to make it 'kiddie-proof' (idiots who think 'cartoons' are for kids...)
