Lexa Doig should be in the Eva movie.

I think that Lexa Doig (Andromeda, Jason X) deserves a role in the live-action Evangelion movie that ADV is planning on torturing us with.

Anyone agree or disagree?

as far as the Misato role is concerned imo

just because of the trend in anime, and of course specifically eva, that characters primarily look american, or at least non-asian, so based on looks alone, i'd say that Doig is the closer match

i don't know about either of their acting abilities

Heh... then I wonder who would play Shinji (or whatever his knock-ff name in the EVA movie is) My vote goes to a 14 year old version of Edward Norton.
