could do without Rave Master. fantasy Pokemon rip-off. and no rave music...
Rave Master is better than Evangelion and all the other anime I've listed, besides, perhaps you should read the forum rules as well. Let's not forget that was just my opinion. Think before ya post.
umm, that quote i just wrote was totally unrelated to eva.
my opinion kinda counts as well.
hey man, i've gotten pretty far without needing to pay attention to the rules.
and i do think before i post:
I've never seen an episode of Rave Master with rave music
Those spikes were at it again
That was random
In my opinion, it is a pokemon rip off. but then a lot of things i call rip
offs.

Yeah, like how Disney's "Dinosaur" was a rip-off of Don Bluth's "The Land Before Time"
Ask me about my secret stash of videos that can't be found anywhere anymore.

i wouldn't go that far. Dinosaur seemed sless cutesy, but that may be primarily due to the animation.
don't try to stretch the rip off theory too far. if so you can go and relate something like Fushigi Yugi to Pink Floyd's The Wall. if you go far enough.

No, the animation wasn't the biggest difference... Dinosaur also had no heart and only half as much story.

Nope, not even close.

Saturday Anime on the Sci Fi channel. That's what introduced me to anime. Never owned, played, or watched anything that had to do with pokemon. I thought of it as the plague.

I started out on Sci-Fi anime as well. I remeber first seeing Dominion Tank Police, Fatal Fury, Vampire Hunter D, Bio Hunter and many other animes on that station. Why did they ever stop? I also used to watch dbz a long ass time ago when it was on at 6AM on UPN before Iron Man and The Fantastic Four.

Nice, Dominion is my favorite anime ever. I don't really have a clue as to why they stopped. Their rating from the anime must have been through the roof as compared to their ratings from any of the other shows that came on during saturday morning. I don't imagine that Alien Nation and V produced even half as many ratings as the anime section.

I don't even think it's anime, I think it's just Adult Swim laughing at us.
