Q1:

This question starts off from the TV series Tenchi Muyo GXP, but ends elsewhere.

At one point in the series, Seina is introduced to Yotsuga Kazuki, and his wife Amame.

(minor spoiler) They are the parents to Asuza, the current Juraian Emperor.

Now it just so happens that a character by the name of Yotsuga Kazuki (not necessarily the SAME Yotsuga Kazuki) is on another series. A major character in this particular anime, in fact. (NOTE: I don't recall an Amame in this one).

THE QUESTION: Name this other series.

Q2:

This question comes from the motion picture Kurenai no Buta (aka Porco Rosso). NOTE: The question and answer is one that I consider to be a MINOR SPOILER (but not of the story), so I'm placing it in SPOILER-GARD (white text in a quote box). As such, I recommend that, if you have not SEEN this film (it's coming to DVD in the US later this month), DON'T read the question. (personal issue -- I'm a Ghibli fanatic).

In the opening to the film (which, at this time, I sincerely hope Disney hasn't tampered with in their upcoming release), there is an opening line that is written (or rather, typed) on screen, introducing the audience to the story. This opening line is presented in ten different languages (from top to bottom):

This question comes from the short-episode TV series AA! Megami Sama: Chicchaitte Kotoha Benridane (perhaps better known as The Adventures of Mini-Goddess).

In one episode, resident rat Gan-chan is suffering from a stomach ailment (he ate something moldy). He turns to Chibi-Urd and Chibi-Skuld for help from his predicament (You'd think that even THIS early in the series, he'd know better.). After suffering/surviving through Urd's potions and Skuld's devices, Gan-chan problems w/ the mold aren't gone. In fact, they've grown -- literally and figuratively, as the diminutive rat is turned into a huge, rampaging monster, stomping towards the Kitchen, defeating the combined military might and technological prowess of several (properly uniformed) Chibi-Urds and -Skulds!! (in the next episode)

If this sounds familiar, just remember that the animation staff was poking fun at several years of Gojira/Godzilla movies.

THE QUESTION: What was it that Gan-chan first ate that was moldy? (And by "first ate," I mean in the "Gabira" episodes -- who knows WHAT this rodent has consumed previously!!)

Actually, I don't think there was any indication that Belldandy made the cake. (Besides, do you think even mold would besmirch a cake made by Belldandy-sama?!? ) But CAKE IT WAS!!!

Yotsuga Kazuki is the name of the lead character in Dual!: Parallel Trouble Adventures, which was created by much of the same team that did Tenchi Muyo.

In the 4th Project Ako movie, Ako has a pretty earring to wear with her new dress for Kei. She has lost one of the earrings, and at the end of the movie, Cko sweetly replaces it with another. What was the original earring of, and what was the new earring?
