Hey,
The lack of storage space is a very temporary situation. There is a new replacement server hooked up to the network and almost ready to go. All that is left is some programming tweaking and full testing. Once that is fully online (hopefully before the weekend), normal uploads can resume. There is an announcement about the situation on the "request upload" page, so anyone who wants to upload knows about the situation.
In the mean time, no videos will be deleted from the current storage server. By the time they would be selected and deleted, they would be replaced by new uploaded videos and bring the storage status back to "full" or the new storage server will be fully online. All that anyone can do now is just chill for a little bit and download current vids.
I hope this helps.
Phade.
