I need a lower chair.
Kind of like this? :)

///

I just lean back on my chair when doing easy edits, but when I start editing some tricky/important/complex parts, I lean forward and slouch.

I do a lot of other things while editing, but for the most part, this is what I do.^

whenever im editing my AMV's i usualy just lean back on my chair and relax, i find that if u try to hard and make every last thing perfect it can be stressfull lol, but then again if ur entering it into a contest i think u cant go to sleep at all, and at all times ur face must be pressed against the screen lol

laying down on my bed with 3-4 pillow holding my head properly at perfect horizontal view of the flat screen lsd monitor.
I hate it when im off a angle and I can see the vid turning a bit darker.
when the pillow sinks, I add one more (i have 7 pillows, ex gf spoiled me with the commfy of pillows! especially hers if ya know what I mean)

anyways, when editing, since I have a tatami bed (japanese bed, which is only about 5 inches off the ground with the matress included, I sit down on the floor while my mid back presses on the end of the wood and matress.

laying down - approx 4 & 1/2 foot away from monitor
sitting, 3 foot away.

Whoa... lsd monitor... sounds both illegal and very intriguing..

I tend to slouch while it's loading and am alert when I do overlays.
All of the above.
Me too. because I can;t sit still, i'm very figity and get distracted by the littlest things. also why sometimes it takes me 2 hours to do 5 minutes of editing.

For some reason, I find myself usually having one hand stuck on the chin. Specifically, my left thumb is under my chin with a fist in front while the right hand is on the mouse.
The best effects are the ones you don't notice.

Depends what chair I'm using. If I'm in my recliner, pulled up to my computer, I often lean forward by alot. If I'm in my regular chair, I go back and forth from leaning up close to sitting way back.

What the hell is the logic in that someone can have two 40 pixel high images in their sig, but I can't have one 66 pixel high sig? It's NOT taking your bandwidth, and it IS under your "line" limitation. God.

Umm, it's weird. I'm in an old broken computer chair with no back.
I sit Indian style (crossed legs up on the chair) and headphones.
Always edit with headphones.
I've made quite a few videos now...still pretty new at it... and no comments from anyone, so I don't know if the headphones help
