  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Rocking videos SSJ and a very nice job on the sound editing. I've been doing a lot of that myself recently and you went the extra mile to make it flow very nicely.

Also thanks for the shout out on the berserk section. Glad I helped out

Everyone go check this out. We need more videos with balls nowadays.

You just made a video which could've been mine, cause I played around with the thought to make a mv featureing all tracks of Dark Tranquillity's Charater of Projector. Well at least you should that the idea itself is really convertable into a great video (if you have the skills for it).

Seems like Beowolfs help was a good idea, the Berserk segment really rocks ... no wait a minute the whole video rocks .

This is one hell of a video, it's made of the things I cary inside when listening to In Flames. The sad thing is you used one of the two ablums I don't possess (Subterranean and Colony) so I can't really tell how the audioediting went, the only thing that wasn't perfect to me was the transition between the Ninjascroll & Berserk part and the Gungrave thingy. But thats a minor bother. The video is awsome editings tight, sounds magnificent and most animes are my taste as well, just the video quality wasn't that good.

If I could give you a starrating I would get 5 stars :). Can't wait to see the 2nd part. Maybe you should tape them together so I don't have to do this on my own . Let's see maybe you'll get a nice re-view when I get the time (could take some time though).

....sigh.....probably going to have to go back and fix the I recommendations now....

As for lack of metal, it's more a case of proportion rather than pure volume. Warheart is a fucking machine and Sewwa just put out another wack video, and then there is the people that's been about forever. In absolute terms, right now is pretty good, and things are continually improving. It's just there's so much other crap that we're getting drowned out.

That being said, it pisses me off to no end when there's only one Meshuggah, Napalm Death, Overkill, Insomnium, or Possessed video in the database, and 3000+ by a band that all the TRL posers think is SO heavy and hardcore. WE NEED TO DO BETTER.

(sorry for lack of comments on vid, at work)

Shin Hatsubai is a Premiere-free studio. Insomni-Ack is habitually worthless.
CHOPWORK - abominations of maceration
skywide, armspread : forward, upward
Coelem - Tenebral Presence single now freely available

Well, first i have to complain about your nick! when i read SSJVegita0609 my spamfilter in my head reacted, warning me from another dbz or naruto vid (sorry, dont like them, dont like the animes though). Ignoring the Colony in the topic I went on... then I saw in Warhearts sig a link to this, my spamfilter went like: well, Warheart is a metalhead, maybe it IS InFlames...
So I got this vid, and its great! I liked the action synch and of course how you combined it with the music, that old InFlames style brought me to metal I wish they would return to that days.. oh back to your vid, the Vampire Hunter D Part was the best, the transition to it is simply awesome, although that green thing there in front of the sky looked like a color misplace between those darker images before and after.
Now to some other bad points, I think its a bit strange that there are always short parts, that was confusing me, giving me a feeling that it is an advertisement to something bigger. And about originallity... but well, I complain about every 2nd vid lacking of originality, it always needs a crazy idea to get me satisfied, keep up your good work :)

You're absolutely right and I was in no way trying to imply that there are no other metal vids out there, just that more is always better and the genre does feel a bit underrepresented of late. I'm very familiar with Warheart's work, etc. Also, your list is extremely awesome. I've come across some good vids that can be classified as metal that aren't on there though, and if you want I can PM you links.

And that my friend, is why you never judge a book by its cover. I haven't watched dbz in over 3 years (I just keep this name as a tribute to the fact that it's what really got me into anime), and though I like Naruto, I'm hardly an obsessed fanboy.

As for the rest of your comments, thanks a lot for the feedback and I'm glad you liked the vid. I wasn't going for anything breathtakingly original (although doing a pure action vid IS kind of original these days). It was just meant to be fun, adrenaline based editting that really made you feel the music. Once again, glad you liked it.
