New Upload Server "Kero" Installed and Working

We have finally configured our new shiny video server called Kero. Thank you all for your patience during this last week while we were setting up the new server and special thanks to derobert for doing such a stellar job in setting up the new video server. Server uploads (and downloads) are now back to normal!

All members who were having upload (and download problems) with new videos over the past week should be able to use the or hosting as normal now.

Please report any possible bugs or other strangeness if you find any.

Hi, I just tried uploading a video, but it encountered problems trying to connect to the server.

When you say "just" do you mean "just a minute ago" or "just earlier today"?

Is this still happening?

I say 'just' as within the last 5 minutes. Just tried it again right now, and it's not connecting.

It's giving me the messages:

-found limit entry for user 'raducroben'
-found tally entry for user 'raducroben'

'raducroben' was the User specified when I went to get my upload info.

ProFTPd was spewing crap to the FTP control channel. Restarting the FTP daemon seems to have fixed it. Try again...

I think I have some bugs to report.

I just tried to download a new video and instead of asking where I wanted to save it as, it went right to my media player and could not play to boot I kept trying to get it but no luck. Then I check my main menu for the site and saw that it was shown twice on the star rateing system.

Having the video open in your media player is the fault of your browser setup not out server. Having the star scale listed twice, however, is an issue.
