What works well for a parody dub?
After watching a few episodes of the Black Jack series on the International Channel, for some reason, I kept on thinking about how certain scenes would be extremly funny with different dialouge. Then it dawned on me, perfect series for a parody dub. If the plot worked as a documentary on the life of Black Jack, I think it would it pretty entertaining, with a decent script to work with of course. What I want to know is, what anime series do you think would work as a parody dub? Also, what series do you think would be BETTER as a parody dub? Fushigi Yugi, in my opinion.
Probably too busy to be here right now.

The whole Baseball bat out of Naota's head scene in FLCL would be ammusing as all sin with the dialogue from the South Park episode featuring Michael Jackson. I can see Haruko now, pulling thbe bat from Naota's head reciting "That's ignorant, don't be ignorant"
I am the bone of my sword
Steel is my body and fire is my blood
I have created over a thousand blades
Unknown to Death
Nor known to Life
Have withstood pain to create many weapons
Yet, those hands will never hold anything
So as I pray, unlimited blade works.

I actually have plans to do an AMV for Abenobashi using the song "Billie Jean." If I can pull it off, it'll be genius.got2maskit wrote:Inspired by the "Outtakes"
Abenobashi. keep plaing on how eutus has Michael Jackson's profile, and make him like little boys. It could work. (I think)
It was inevitable: the scent of bitter almonds always reminded him of the fate of unrequited love.
