Before you judge Hamtaro, listen to Gemberkoekje

anyone you watches Hamtaro needs to be sterilized so that they can not contaminate the rest of the world, especially if your a male.

anyone who acts like a goddamn moron by stating some type of violent opinion without any reason or anything to back it up should be as well.

ummm....maybe its just me but didn't you just do what you said people shouldn't do? I really hope you were trying for some irony.

Unfortunately, it seems to me like a lot of the animes they play on Cartoon Network (excluding Adult Swim) are pretty horrible. They do have a couple of good ones though, like Rurouni Kenshin. The bad just seem to outnumber the good.

i guess i have, but i must say in my defense that i have my reasons, and have been keeping that whole fuckwad theory comic down in my sig for a while. also, i'm pretty sure i've been complaining about this in several other threads on this forum, and stated my reasons if not. i'm sorry. i've been a bad boy. i'll go sit in the corner.

I haven't seen your reasons, but I do understand where you are coming from on this one. Supporting your position is the basic foundation of conversation, so it is kind of hard to have one when people won't do that. Sorry, I guess I didn't mean to sound so...reprimanding. I was actually kind of amused by the whole thing. But maybe that's because I'm not of the gender that that person wants to neuter.

I never cease to be amused with seeing (presumably) teenage males bash Hamtaro. Mostly cause they don't seem to process that maybe *gasp in shock and horror* an anime might have been aimed at an audience younger than they are.

So it's cutesy. So the plot isn't very deep. THAT'S CAUSE IT WAS TARGETED TO CHILDREN IN JAPAN!

It is REALLY not that hard when you think about it.

Hamtaro is cute.

As for boring animes, I find it difficult to judge other people's artwork and assign a value to them. Animes have different production values and appeals.

However, I do say series such as *ahem* DBZ could have had a little more, erm, time in the negative cutting room... as well as reducing the amount of cliches in anime.
