I have to add to mine.

1st- Kaolla Su (Love Hina) As previously stated, The insane princess of Molmol beats all, no matter what. Simply because she's so cute! If you disagree, then I shall send Mechatama 30.0 on you!
2nd-Haruko (FLCL) Once again, insane, but a little less so than Su. She has a perfect mix of insanity and randomness, with a little responsibility.
3rd- Kaede Nagase (Negima) The calmest and most collected out of the three, her laid back attitude and quirky behavior are the perfect mix!

omg there r so many hot cartoon guys but the one who really gets me sweating is sesshomaru from inuyasha. he looks so myterious and dark which makes him extremely hot!!!!!!!!!!

I'd say Subaru would be my first choice.

On the surface, she is sometimes unsure yet strong. She is really a very gentle and beautiful soul on the inside, and that's the part of her that touches anyone who watches SIGN.

Faye Valentine would be my second choice, although she'd probably lose interest in a guy like me fast.
