Website skins

...Sorry, this is my first time on the forums, and I was just wondering how you make the website skins work. I tried to put one on, but none of them work. No hurry, but i would like to put on a skin, thanks in advance.

I don't know if any of them actually work at current. The site was relatively recently converted to a CSS based layout, and I don't think the skins were ported.
