Negima hasn't been licensed by anyone yet, so you can't get a Region 1 version anywhere. The first DVD in Region 2 is due to be released March 24th.

So, in short, you can't buy it yet. You can preorder the R2, though, at places like CDJapan, Amazon.co.jp, and Anime Jungle.

Just download fansubs. Unless you're trying to get it for footage, in which case get the R2 releases.

You know, there is a concept of WAITING until it gets licensed and released.
