Adobe Imageready

i was wanting to know how to take a video i made with adobe imageready and put it into like mpeg or something so could either play it when ever or add it to a music video. i just found this woderful thing and i just learned how to make it look like it was raining and after that i discovred on my own some cool little things and thought i could use them in a video. thanks for the help

if you want pictures to move, its best to make them as a gif.
