Some of that is fact, some is speculation, and some is false. For example, Kaworu was quite socially adept, not inept. And yes, I have seen the DC of episode 24 - in the particular scene that you refer to, SEELE has suddenly and temporarily sprouted three extra monoliths, which is part of what I mean by "questionable." And it's not like they're unaccustomed to lying. They could quite possibly be telling Kaworu exactly what he needs to hear for their plan to work. I doubt that they'd just tell him where he comes from out of the goodness of their hearts.

The "capture" of Lillith was less eventful than that of Adam because Second Impact was deliberate, and really, one was enough.
That Shinji connects Rei with being like a Mom when his memories of mothers is a vague one is telling

To rephrase that last part for clarity:

"(The fact that) Shinji connects Rei with being like a mom, when his (own) memories of mothers is a vague one, is telling."

Not a great sentence grammatically, but commas make it easier to understand. Basically he was saying that it is notable that Shinji connects Rei with motherhood or being motherly, especially since he only vague remembers his own mom.

Yknow I watched the series, but didnt eventually anno admit the stuff in eva that was biblical was not done to be "deep" but just because he thought it sounded cool?

I'm pretty sure I heard that somewhere....

But I havent seen the whole series, I stopped after ep 11. The unbelievable number of "antiheroes"(asuka being an annoying not likeable hero who had a tragic past, shinji being the depressed and cowardly not likeable hero with a tragic past, rei being the quiet hero who never says anything, so on so forth) all the negative characters just started to grind on me.

So don't count on that being correct, its just what ive heard.

The last line I screwed up gramatically. But Shinji does have latent memories of his mother awoken around Rei. Kaworu IS not quite adjusted to human behavior. He is bold about his explorations though. Maybe how he talked in the bath was normal to you, but Shinji's started reactions to his statements and questions was more of what I expected from a normal person's reaction.

As for Seele, I would see no need for them to lie to Kaworu. You do not have to lie in order to push someone's buttons. The truth is a better motivator anyway. A lie may be found out, the truth is harder to discount. They fully intended to cause a specific action with Kaworu. In Steinbeck's East of Eden, Cal tells his brother Aron in a fit of rage that their mother is a prostitute. Aron runs off, joins the army and is killed in WWI. The news about their mother was correct, but Cal wanted Aron to do something stupid to himself. Manipulation need not be a lie.

Good catch on the Seele monoliths. Where did you get the Seele membership roster to let you know their exact membership? :P
