It's from "The Vision of Escaflowne," AKA "Tenkou no Esukafuroune," literally "Escaflowne of the Sky." I believe it's from the TV series, but there's a small chance that it's from the movie. You'd probably have better luck, and less hassle, if you posted things like this in the art forum.
