I'm still waiting also for some sort of confirmation (e-mail and/or postal), and I pre-registered back in December. I sent an e-mail to the registration dept. Well judging from the fact that that just went up I'd say we can expect the rules any day now. Nice that the ceremony does't directly block the last day opening of the dealer room this time. Though I'll have to time when I show up since they don't announce winners till the end and it's just video replay till then.

During the ceremony they just play all the videos again (basically it's a contest replay for those who didn't get in during the contest itself) and after all the videos are shown then they announce the awards for all the catagories. The thing is that if you don't want to see all the videos again you have to just time when to come back roughly so you don't miss the awards.
