Kiki's delivery Service has quite a bit of bike riding, Fruits basket has a really funny scene with a bike
no more come to mind right now that I don't think have been said

There's some bike footage in Saikano, though I can't remember if it's a bicycle or a motorcycle.
Also, it helps if you don't mind a few missiles falling out the back of the girl's shirt

In FLCL, Haruko owns a Vespa. She hits people with it. It's actually really funny. The entire ending credits also features a vespa.

Inuyasha also has Kagome's famous bike that she carries between worlds.

you stole the 3 animes i was gunna list, and in flcl in an episode i beleive a bike rides by the street for a second or 2 [the scene where the cars and people walking by jsut randomly dissapear]

I think there's a kid in Air Master who uses his bike for fighting. It's in episode four, I think.

Episode 1 of School Rumble has 3 people riding bikes in funny situations, like faster than a train and up a flight of steps and off a cliff. ^_^

In the first dvd of Dragon Drive, most of the students ride bikes. One kid uses his bike to fight.
