Yup, that's Greed. The man in the "bad place". He doesn't actually show up and cause conflict with Ed, however, until much later.

The Homunculii are named for the Seven Deadly Sins, as defined by Catholicism, in case anyone didn't know. I'm not sure where Cartoon Network is right now, but I think there's three more yet to be revealed. Watch the movie Se7en if you want more information.

Nope, that's Scar. He's an Ishblan and plays an important role later in the series.
