Speaking of Full Metal Panic, Gaul/Gauron (the evil guy from Full Metal Panic 1st season - I think it's 1st season, not Fumoffu in any case) has pretty wicked and crazy expressions/moves at times. At first, he'll look more like the cold man in control (especially in the first episodes), but if I remember well, it's not rare to see him switch to a "I'm going to rip you apart in like 3 seconds if you go on annoying me" attitude, sometimes with violent moves following. Not sure if this would fit your needs though, but he's certainly not a comical/funny type of char, for sure.
