i love fruits basket. i haven't gotten to see the whole series but i love

Que Sera Sera! i got the box set for the fruba dvds the other day and hid it from my sister. two weeks later i wuz looking in my sisters room for a jacket and discovered, she had it too! argh but fruits basket is areally
good anime. i recommend it for anybody whose never watched anime. have 2 say Momiji and Hiro r my fave Sohmas n Saki Hanajima is my fave all around

Fruits Basket is such a wonderful story and anime... I Love Kyo-kun sooo much!! And Haru and Momiji and Hiro and Hatori and Shigure and well... it keeps going... mostly Kyo tho... I just think Kyo and Tohru make the cutest couple cause in the later manga he's sooo protective and sweet to her and Only her... *sigh* I think I found a spoiler manga-ka pic online...

The story that takes place and progresses in the later manga is soo interesting captivating and sweet if they don't make the anime they're stupid.

And about buying the Fruits Basket DVD set... you can get it on eBay for about $37 as opposed to the big box set thing you normally see for $100 +. I got mine ::HERE::, awesome deal, cute packaging.

'cause that's all the matters... haha.

It's about this girl who lives on her own because her mother died and she ends up going to live with the "Prince" of her highschool and his 2 cousins... turns out they have a curse that if a member from the opposite sex hugs them they turn into their significant animal from the chinese zodiac. In the beginning of time when all the animals were suppose to meet together the rat tricked that cat into not going and so the cat was never part of the zodiac... therefore, the two cousins who are the cat and the rat hate eachother and fight all the time plus the curse has its definate downs and make things worse for all of them... until the girl teaches each one of them they arn't alone and even an "outsider" can accept them. The cat and the rat love the girl and begin to calm down and the cat especially becomes a happier loving person... mainly towards the girl. Those are just 3 of the animals there's a total of 12 animals and the leader in the family, all the characters are great... it's sweet, funny, and angsty towards the end with an awesome ending that's been left open for more... many people tell you to buy this and they're absolutly right... if you like romances and comedies.^^

Plus, the head of the Sohma (That's what their last name is) household is cruel and very, very angry. Most of the Sohma fear/respect him and listen to what he has to say. Because of Akito, that's his name, a lot of the zodiac members believe that they can never find true happiness.

Tohru, of course, shows them that that isn't the case. ^.^ While she IS the kind of cute lead character, she is far from weak and annoying. She's very respectable, and has a LITTLE bit of common sense.

let me just say=

anime must be the only kind of kids cartoon where characters are allowed to be openly in love with emmbers of the same sex....

but anyway...i cant decided who i like more kyou-kun or yuki...their both so lovely....im born in the year of the rabbit which makes me like momiji---i cant really spell the names...

oh yeh and doesnt akito look like yuki? and doesnt haru look like the (cant rememember name of dog guy)

so...

yeh. i love this show the caharcetrs fit so well and are brilliant.
