I didn't think you could buy much of anything off Lina Inverse, unless she offers to sell it. I'd venture to say though that you could never buy anything off her for any ammount of money if it involves making her chest bigger, or her magic stronger.

Ok, here's another hint: the situation involving the "thing" she won't sell happens AFTER the Shabranigdo part, and it only happens in one episode.
