And a FUCK OFF to Machine for whoring his Vash dancing video again.
Well the video is 9 months old and won awards at various other contests. It's a good video and I wouldn't have put it as harshly as Beo, but perhaps time for retirement Carlos? ;)

Not disagreeing in any way, but it should at least be applied consistently- Lord of the Yen, according to its 'org database entry, has been out at least as long if not longer.

Although I didn't get to attend Fanime, I'm glad people enjoyed the video. I submitted my original version as opposed to SabreMau's better and improved version.
In the LotY's defense, it was only screened as an exhibition at Otakon 2004 and at one other convention as well (I'm not counting the others that I found when I googled the video -- it still gives me the shivers). But I do understand your point.
Congratulations to all of the winners!

Also I'm pretty sure this video has yet to win anything so wouldn't be within the "normal bounds" of trolling no? It was also part of the Parody screenings, not the AMV Contest if I remember correctly.

It isn't that bad until he submits it to AnimeFEST, nearly a year after AWA

Hmmm, I kicked off the Action category? How neat. I noticed that the video that won Action used Dead Leaves as the anime source; did "Who Sent Ya~?!" compete, or was there another Dead Leaves AMV in Action?

Hmm. My Hoshi No Koe Katsucon video made the cut, as did Brad DeMoss's AWA Masters video. Cool.

Hmmm. Suberunker seemed to be unjustly owned in the Comedy category, although there are some nice entries here.

Nice to see my videos went bi-coastal quite nicely (FanimeCon and Animazement) in the same weekend. :)
