help with uploading

well, i just made my first amv and i'm having trouble with the site. i've put in all the information on the video except the music info. everytime i click on the link, the page turns white and nothing comes up. because i'm lacking in this information, i cannot upload my video.

am i the only one having trouble with this? is there some kind of trick to it?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to have all of the video information filled in. This includes the information about the music.

man I have the same problem even If I fill out everything it wont load the 2nd page and now I have like 9 vids psting and am flooding the board

so if anyone would please help us I would be ever so greatfull.

Yaaaaay ;_; I am not alone!

The second page won't load any time that I try to enter a new AMV anymore and it's really, REALLY frustrating. I e-mailed the admins but have yet to hear back. . . The best advice I can offer to you to is go to the "report a bug" and change the music track for the AMV that you can't enter it into on the "Edit My Videos" page. It takes a week for the damn request to be approved, but it's better than not being able to get your vid in the catalogue and uploaded. =/

Do you guys have Norton? I had to disable my Internet Security to get it to work =/ Not cool, I hope derobert can fix that.

But give it shot if you want.

Hopefully that's something that Dero or another of the admin/techy-people can fix because I never had that problem before.

im still not sure about that my friend just did a vid today and his is fine and runs the same as I do.(about norton)

Yeah I have Norton, but I don't think it's what's causing it, as it never has before and I don't want to mess with it if it can be prevented. =/ Damn bugs.

it worked ^^ i disabled norton right before i clicked the music button and i actually got the page. i don't really know how it was disabling it from loading though >.>

I turned off norton and it still wont load is there anytihng else I can do/?
