That's what I thought, but then that wouldn't really help Eva. The request was for people, so it's...oh! maybe it's when Cell was searching for the androids. That might work maybe kinda sorta. For Yugioh, I guess it could be Marik seeking more Ghouls, though I don't remember if they actually show that part in the show.
