I had such high hopes for that series and then pow the anime AND oav kicked me in the balls. Even worse if you haven't played the game you miss some stuff. I guess they were trying to make people go out and play the game.

In the series Negima, what is the title bestowed upon the partner of a Magister Magi? (I know this is given in the manga and it should be given in the anime. If not then I'll recant it and make a new question.)

48-hour rule -- in order to get this thread moving again, here's a new question.

This question comes from the OVA series Submarine 707R, but the answer involves another anime title.

At the USR main base, you see a large stone marker with the full name of the organization, their main symbol, . . . AND a motto (in English, with a couple spelling errors). This motto is INSTANTLY recognizable as the motto for ANOTHER organization in another anime series.

THE QUESTION: What is the motto, and What is the name of the OTHER organization (from that OTHER anime series) that uses this motto?

Hmmm.... going from memory here, but would it be electric shots and injections? The doctor was more trying to kill her there than help her.
