AMV/MV hybrids?

Though I don't know what these "hybrid" videos are called, AD's Do It Right (Shake it) is one to take a look at.

Well, I have seen a few AMVs that has anime footage spliced with the actual music video, but most of them havent been that good. I think the reason why people dont usually splice Actual Music Videos into their AMVs is because most Music Videos just suck out loud.

Here's a AMV with Anime footage spliced with the actual songs music video, but i wouldnt really call it good:
