Everybody Dance Now!

Post by ngsilver » Wed Jul 06, 2005 7:25 pm

I wanted to announce my newest AMV, Everybody Dance Now! It's the first time I've done this for any of my AMVs.

Anyway, it's a Fun/Dance video that I made with the intentions for people to just get up and enjoy it. I designed it with the intent that people could just loop it over and over. And I did it using nothing but animated gifs.

It's my first try at anything in the fun/Dance category, let me know what you think.

 Rather ambitious. It made me giggle a few times.

Too bad some of the gifs turned out fuzzy. You had some great synching there at times :)

I want that Kakashi gif >.>

You should have used a different text font like a Sans Serif font; that Times New Roman was quite annoying. Quality was definetely varied; some were actually pretty good while others were seriously horrid (can't blame you too much since some gifs do originally came from small ones).

Other than that, quite a strange dance video.

I didn't really care for it overall, to be honest. The anime-ish sections were decent, but the plain animated .gif bits just didn't do it for me. Also, due to the nature of the song, it could have been trimmed down a bit without being noticeable. It's a novel idea, just one that doesn't lend itself to a high level of reviewability.

Indeed that was entertaining, if nothing else... It's midly annoying that instead of clicking "save as" I chose "open with..." and so the video downloaded, and then started playing, but then that was it... it didn't actually save in my computer and at this point in time I'm just can't be stuffed re-downloading it.

This is one of those videos that is absolutely horrible in the view of how an AMV is supposed to be done (picture quality, timing, etc.), yet absolutely awesome and entertaining to watch!

I have a few of this type and I watch them too much...lol!

I saw this video at a friend's house. Very interesting idea and execution. Very amusing in a unique way.
