i got adobe premier pro (a friend give it to me)
1- i dont know how to do less mo becose all my videos like at 3 min is like 300 mo can you help me out

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your post doesn't make any sense, i don't mean to be horrible or anything, but could you re-type it so it makes sense, or if you're a non-english speaker try putting it in your own language as well, someone may be able to help more that way...

I'll assume that by "mo" you mean megabytes (for which the usual abbreviation is "MB").

There's <I>nothing wrong</i> with having a file that big come out of Adobe Premiere -- because <i>that's not the file you're going to be distributing.</i>
