I thought about it and my next vid is going to be on southpark . im not sure about the song i just know my comcept :

cartman and his ass.
cartman and his friends.
cartman and my ass .
cartman all alone and his fat ass.

anyways its just an anouncement and i would like feedback ... does it sound interesting , do you think it will suck , should i do it when jupiers rays dont intertwine mars rotation and the axis of the universe to the 17th degree squared and alter its protocal . you know basic sugestion and you honest opinion on its most likely dismise ...

Just so you know, this is the AMV announcement thread. Which means that you are announcing a video that is already made. You want the AMV Suggestions thread.

Also, I somehow doubt that South Park is anime. AMV = ANIME Music videos.

Yeah I uploaded a southpark music video and it resulted in the removal of my option to upload videos. even though there was naruto content in it they said I lied and said naruto was in it just to be able to upload it.

This is information from the Video Upload Request page:

"You are only allowed to upload music videos that are entirely or mostly created using:
Japanese Animation. As in animation produced in Japan generally for a Japanese market. NOT western animation that looks-kinda-like-anime.
Japanese Videogame Cutscenes. Final Fantasy and the like.
Anime-inspired stills or animation created by you. However, we reserve the right to declare any 'original animation' entry as unsuitable for the site if it is not in the spirit of anime music videos or the amv community."

Anything else is not anime. This site is for anime. No one's saying you can't make a South Park video, you just can't upload it here. There are other sites for such things. We're just looking out for you.

You don't want to get any privileges revoked or, worse, get yourself banned completely.

Also, any even semi-racist comments are not welcome here and can only end badly for you, my friend.

It's not allowed on the site since the show needs to be technically made in japan by a majority of japanese people. And moreso, be commonly called "anime" by nearly 90% of the people that watch it (actually, this one's not true, but I think it works).

Would you call South Park anime? I really wouldn't. Even though I consider "anime" too geeky to say aloud, I'd just call it a cartoon, or more precisely an american cartoon.

Oh, and chatting to these peeps here won't change the site's mind, since that's the rule the creators and administrators of this site prefer, and you are not the only one that is against non-anime music video prohibition. I don't make up the rules... so don't think I don't like non-anime music videos.

Don't shoot the messenger, I'm only telling you what is not allowed, and my opinion is entirely nonconsequential on this matter.
