parasyte- from manga to the bigscreen?

i was reading upcoming film projects and there was an article about that director takashi shimizu after he finishes the grudge2 will direct a film version of the manga parasyte. new line cinema seems to be funding it and takashi will also work on the script too.

i never heard of parasyte i looked up some info it seems to be a cool plot and stuff but as anyone read the manga and if so is it good or kinda ify.

I read some of that like 3 years ago when i wuz in virginia(like right next to D.C. or somethin)

this parasyte's about the parasites that infest somethign and make it all cannibalistic right?.... yeah.. that wuz weird...

actually, i read parasyte in some weird thin manga thing...

Kiseijuu (Parasyte) is an awesome manga. I don't see it as a live action movie though. Probably because of the talking alien hand aspect. Since he is a horror movie director, I'm guessing he will focus on the people who are taken over. Should be interesting.

The opening lines are some of my favorite phrases in all of manga.
