Densha Otoko
Is friging amazing, this show's got dark humor
written all over it. It starts off with an Otaku with completly
no style or confidence. With the help of about 20 - 30 online firends
drags him up slowly into the real world kicking and screaming. The
polt is pretty simple he interfers with a molester on the train and
gets his butt kicked and she thanks him with a gift /w her phone
number on it.. Anymore would give away some of the humor of
this show. Look for the torrent links on 4chan.com amazing show..
Has anyone else seen this yet?

It's actually based on a real story -
There was this guy on 2chan (the original, Japanese version of 4chan) who posted to their boards asking relationship questions, because there was a girl he kept seeing on the train that he wanted to ask out. The 2chan denizens helped him out, and eventually he gained the courage to talk to her, and now they're in a happy relationship.
Spawned a book, a movie (that actually did pretty well), and apparently now a TV series, all called Trainman (well, Densha Otoko, but same thing)
