Blame!

Has anyone seen this anime? I recently purchased it at best buy for $20 and upon opening the DVD I realized that it was only 37 minutes long! And then, the main menu was in Japanese. So, after I finally figured out how to get the DVD working, I found that there were 6 opening themes that played throughout the 37 min DVD. COME ON!

So basically, the movie sucked. It had a great plot, but the creators failed to portray it correctly. I apologize for ranting, but it had to be done.

Which leads to my question: Has anyone else seen this anime, and if you have, share what you think of it.

From what I heard, all of those Blame! clips are, as you mentioned, are just "opening clips" or trailers. The problem is that there was supposed to be a full-length feature movie of Blame!, but unfortunetely the producers didn't get the necessary funding for the project. So they had to settle with those trailers. It did have a potential of kicking ass since I heard the manga was well received. Too bad.
