Hello again~! This topic/thread if to talk about the wonderful anime, Last Exile!

To the people that locked my other Last Exile thread, that was really mean. Not to mention, It wasnt pointless.... it was just a thread where you can debate Last Exile...!

Anyways, Lets start over. My name is Milk-Chan.... and I will be your host! I love last exile, and mexican food. Anyways, I am glad I made a new topic, because I want to include a Last Exile profile.

For you who dont know what last exile is, here is a Bit of information to get you started....!

In the lavish retro-future world of "Last Exile", we follow the lives of a young heroic duo, Claus and Lavie. Orphaned children of great explorers, their only means of survival are their mechanical skills, a prodigious small courier plane, and their streetwise wit. You don't get it, do you? All you are doing is trying to discuss the anime and nothing specific about it. You're not asking a specific question, making a specific point, making a specific argument, or anything of the sort. That's why one of the forum moderators of this site locked your first thread for bieng pointless. And that's why this one is going to get locked too. If you want to talk about something specific that happened in a particular episode, then go to the Anime Episode Discussion forum.

You right, megaman, I am not trying to discuss a specific thing. I am trying to discuss an anime as a WHOLE. You forums are realy fucked up. At other forums, (I belong to every one of them that exists) You can discuss anything without having to be worried about someone like you assholes shutting you down. All i want to so is do the things i do on other forums. Talk about last exile. What is the fuck is wrong with that? This thread may be pointless.... but at least if youd give me a fucking chance to get a real fan to reply, maybe then i could discuss the anime, not this rediculous shit. Your being mean, and pointless. Iall i want to do is do things other forums let you do. Why cant you just leave me alone, so i can star a last exile discussion? GEEZ!!!!

Just because the other forums you belong to exist in a state of anarchy doesn't mean we have to do the same. You're a member of our space, so you follow the rules that our moderators and administrators have set.

One of those rules is that there can be no "pointless" threads: when you start a thread, it has to be with a certain topic or mode of discussion in mind (viz. discussing certain aspects of a show, discussing certain characters, etc). Threads like "I LOVE INUYASHA, WHO ELSE DOES?" get locked, because they are pointless - the only thing people can say is "I do" or "I don't" (with various amounts of capital letters, !s, and 1s inserted throughout).

You have, twice, tried to start a discussion with no clear direction. "LAST EXILE ROCKS!" is not a way to discuss something. "Last Exile is an interesting show and I have the following points to make about it: 1 _____, 2_____, etc. What do you think?" <i>is</i> a valid thread.

As far as the pink goes, like it or not it's still annoying as hell and makes you look like a hyperactive 12-year-old. Hot pink on grey is <i>not</i> easily readable, whereas black on grey is. Maybe if you showed some respect for the people reading your thread we'd be more interested in paying attention to what you have to say.

First of all, did grammar and spelling put a restraining order on you? If not, please do them a favor and utilize the beauty of the language correctly.

Secondly, swearing and insulting the members of this site just makes you look like the jerk here.

Thirdly, these are not like your other forums, so quit acting like you can do anything you like.

Fourthly, while we're on the topic of forums, you may notice that a-m-v.org's forums are very organized and much more structured than other forums. That's what makes them good - not "fucked up."

So, do us all a favor and stop starting pointless threads. Regardless of what you say, this is pointless, and most of the site members will see it that way as well. You are on the losing side here, so go down gracefully, please.

Well, this thread will be locked soon, or so I've noticed. Please don't start another pointless thread. The same results will occur.

okay! i get whay your saying now! i just read your "no pointless threads thingie..." loland i do totally understand! now, my thread is meant to be a discussion about last exile. im sorry about saying your forum sux, and now i totally understand that you want a more structured inviroment.... lol. but anyhow, i just want to start a last exile thread. could you please post here telling me how i cand do that without being banned, or getting my thread locked.... like i said, i just want to make a discussion forum about last exile. not a thread that you can just say.... "oh gee, last exile is a good anime." and thats it. in my thread, i want to discuss ALL aspects of last exile. please post back, mod, on how i can do this without getting banned.....
