Yeah the movie and special are both prequels. Seems kind of weird to watch them last then. I remember wishing I had watched the Cowboy Bebop movie midway through the series instead of after..

I'm guessing the movie comes before the special (episode 0)?

The movie probably comes first. My usual principle is to watch the parts in the order they were originally released.

While the movie is a prequel, I would suggest watching it after episode four (which is mostly a flashback to the events that lead up to what happens in the movie). As to the special, it can basically fit in almost anywhere in the series.
