everybody has been getting this message because the SERVER is down. Its not just you, its the site. recently, i lost all my AMV's that i downloaded, which is close to 27 gigs and ive been on a quest to retrieve them, when i came across this message myself. all it means is that the people running the show have an error, most likely in scripting, so all we can do is wait. they'll fix it soon, dont worry....

Yup. That's what it told me. I've tried uploading this video at least four times now, but it fails each time. This is the first that I've seen of that message. I clicked from the FTP page to the Confirm Upload page, went to check if the video was good to go, but it hasn't been available any of the times I've tried. Then, I clicked to the CU page again, and that message popped up.

Is the server having issues right now, by chance?

Thanks.

PS: it shouldn't matter that I'm uploading a friend's video onto her own account, I assume. That wouldn't affect anything, right?

Got this error when trying to use the super search function:
DA ERROR wrote:Can't open file: 'videos.MYI'. (errno: 144)
Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /srv/www/htdocs/search/supersearch.php on line 899

query time: 0.000657081604004
Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /srv/www/htdocs/search/supersearch.php on line 907
I tried several times to get it to work, but I continue to get this error.

Just thought I'd give a heads up.

i'm trying to upload my video to AMV, and i keep getting an error message. i am uploading the file with FileZilla version 2.2.13a. I have the address, user, password, and port fields filled in with the information i got from the site. but i got disconnected, and i can't connect again. what gives? When I hit the quickconnect button, the response reads "530 login incorrect", and the error reads "unable to connect". someone help. this is my first time trying to use amv, and i hope this is a problem that doesn't occur often. if anyone can help i'd appreciate it.
