I have a great picture of the Mega Censor from Psychonauts that fits perfectly here, but it's a bit large and I need to figure out how to load images from the PC to here. Oh well, perhaps some other time.

It's populair because it's dumb. I mean, it's the perfect thing for a person with an IQ rating of 80. You don't have to think when watching it, unlike lesser populair series like RahXephon, Wolf's Rain, FLCL, Madlax and SaiKano.
