Amvapp tests are running werid

I wasn't sure where to post this, but its saying this:

Mpeg2source:couldn't open file

What should I do? should I uninstall and reinstall?

first off, this belongs in video software help, second, read the guides on using AMVapp, they describe hoe to fix most of the errors.
