A classic Osaka in Azumanga Diao. She is trying to fit a cafe, a stuffed animal store and a haunted house together for their culture day. She comes up with a cafe with lots of dogs and cats......... and they'd all be dead.

Samurai Champloo ep 9, the ending.
Fake OVA: Dee and Ryo are on vacation in England and at one point, Dee and Bikky go downstairs and spot a ghost. When they go running back upstairs to tell Ryo, I just think it's hilarious. That may be just me, tho.

In the before-movie cartoon of Naruto the movie (which was TIGHT!!). The whole time he was at the sports meet he had to take a serious dump and I find that hilarious cuz for me, that's pretty much a true story. ^_^;;
I can claim the title as being the first person on a-m-v.org to submit an AMV with the artist KJ-52 on it. Yay. Hahaha.

Mobile Suit Gundam:
There's a scene when Ramba Ral and his men are storming White Base in hand to hand combat. Amuro starts grappling with one of the men and yelling about how he doesn't need Gundam to win and that he can handle it just fine on his own...partway through the fight, there's a loud bang as the man Amuro's fighting slumps over dead and he looks up to see Bright capped the guy from the side.
Given the speech going in, I keep waiting for an "Ow...my pride..."

DBZ, when Goku went to pat Chi Chi on hte shoulder and ended up knocking her through the wall, a boulder and a tree.
when Inu Yasha was being controlled by that she flea, and was talking dirty and acting strange to poor Shippo.
when Shippo was gonna give Miroku some antidote oraly and his lips were huge.
Miroku beat the shit out of Jaken.
