Still no correct guesses. The movie was done by Streamline Pictures,and distributed by Image entertainment. Based on a novel by Masahiko Takasho. The title has to do with the mark shining on his forhead, all three main characters have the mark, in different places.

I never thought I could stump this group. If no one gets it by tomorrow I'll try a different anime.

Did it come out in the US in 1998 or in Japan in 1998?
